Born and raised between Hong Kong and London, Kim lived in New York City for four years, before settling in Geneva, Switzerland.
Kim’s international background informs a strong sensitivity to cultural nuance and local relevance, which she brings to every project, ensuring brands are both globally coherent and locally resonant.

She draws on behavioural psychology to understand how brands connect meaningfully with individuals, building narratives that speak to emotional needs, identity, and desire, driven by the belief that brand recognition should be earned through authentic storytelling, craft, creativity, and emotional resonance.
Increasingly focused on the ethical responsibility of modern communications, Kim integrates sustainability and wellbeing into her strategic thinking. Since 2024, she has deepened this focus through studies in Communicating for Influence and Impact at the University of Cambridge and Positive Psychiatry and Mental Health at the University of Sydney.
Her career began in advertising at AMV BBDO in London, before moving between agency and client-side roles, including Strategic Marketing and Social Lead at Lane Crawford and APAC Marketing Director for French audio technology brand Devialet.
Kim has been working as Brand Consultant since 2018, partnering with global brands to develop culturally intelligent, emotionally driven marketing and communications strategies.
